(1)  Type of Accomodation:

• Rooms for 2 persons

• Apartments for 4 persons with fully equipped kitchen

 

(2) Full pension  on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Only 30 registrations available.  

 

Registration conditions for accomodation:

• The hotel has the model of shared rooms or apartments:

  • Occupation of each room and apartment needs to be complete or the full price (28€/p.night/room) and (56€/p.night/apartment) needs be guaranteed (for example, if want to be alone in a double room, you need to pay the accomodation for 2 persons or if the room is not complete it will be filled with another person).

  • Its not possible the accomodation for extra then 2 (rooms) or 4 persons (apartments)

  • At the check in there will be a deposit of 30€ that will be returned at the checkout, if there’s no damage caused in the hotel (rooms and other locals)

 

Confirmation of the registration

• For international registration, you have to transfer the payment using this number: IBAN: PT50 0018 0003 4098 2894 0203 0

  For national registration (Portuguese), you have to transfer the payment using this number: NIB: 0018 0003 4098 2894 0203 0

• After your payment, please send an email to regist.ipsm16@gmail.com with the following information: (Full Name, Country, Account number, Attach the Bank proof of transfer)

• Your registration will be confirmed after confirmation of payment

 

Cancellation conditions for each pack:

• From the 1st January till the 31st January – payment of 50% of the total amount

• From the 1st February till the 31st March  – payment of 70% of the total amount

• After the 1st of April – payment of 100% of the total amount

NOTE:  The organization does not provide transportation (planes/buses). Transport should be supported and organized by the participants (please check the information on “How to get there”).
